4. Timeline

Estimated timeline: 3 to 5 weeks

The timeline depends on how quickly the required materials are provided, including product photos, prices, product details, delivery options, and payment/shipping information.

Project flow:

Requirements & store access
We collect the required information, confirm the selected package, and set up the Zid store access.
Store structure & design
We create the store structure, homepage layout, product categories, banners, and overall visual direction based on Suave Chocolatier’s brand.
Product & content setup
We upload the launch catalog, organize the products and categories, and prepare the main store pages.
Payment, shipping & SEO setup
We assist with payment gateway setup, shipping/delivery settings, WhatsApp/contact flow, and basic SEO setup.
Testing & launch
We test the store on desktop and mobile, apply final adjustments, and prepare the store for launch.

Estimated delivery:

Premium Store Launch: 3 to 4 weeks
Premium Store + Growth Setup: 4 to 5 weeks

Note:
Any delay in providing product information, photos, payment/shipping details, or required approvals may extend the timeline.

5. Requirements From Client

To start and complete the project smoothly, Suave Chocolatier will provide:

Brand logo and brand files
Product names, prices, and descriptions
Product photos
Product categories or collections
Delivery and shipping details
Payment method requirements
WhatsApp number and contact details
Social media links
Store policies, such as delivery, returns, and exchange policy
Zid account access or required account setup details
Any preferred visual references or example stores

For the Premium Store + App & Growth Setup package, the client may also need to provide or approve:

App name
App icon direction
App listing details
Developer account or provider requirements if requested by Zid/app provider

To keep the launch timeline on track, all main content and product details should be provided before the design and setup phase begins.

6. Terms

The first month Zid subscription is included in the project cost.
Future Zid subscriptions, paid apps, payment gateway fees, shipping provider fees, developer account fees, premium themes, and third-party tools are paid by the client directly.
Payment terms: 50% upfront to start the project, and 50% before final launch/handover.
Payment will be made through PayPal in USD equivalent, based on PayPal’s exchange rate and processing fees at the time of payment.
Mobile app setup depends on Zid / approved provider requirements, selected app package, and any Apple/Google approval requirements.
The project includes setup for the launch catalog provided before the project starts.
Major scope changes, additional features, or significant content changes after approval may be quoted separately.
Final launch depends on content readiness, payment/shipping setup, third-party approvals, and client feedback speed.
Desline will not publish the store publicly without client approval.
